6 Crisis Stabilization Beds

ICCS is contracted with the Vancouver Island Health Authority and Nanaimo Mental Health Services to provide supported, transitional housing for adults with serious and persistent mental illness, addictions and/or forensic issues.

This comfortable home has a pleasant garden that helps to create a sense of tranquility that has been commented on by the guests and associated helping agencies.

ICCS staff work in cooperation with the staff of Mental Health Services, Forensic Services and Intensive Case Management Services who provide the clinical support through in-service visits.

Referrals are received from Nanaimo Mental Health Services and BC Forensic Services.

Funding: Vancouver Island Health Authority and Nanaimo Mental Health Services, Adult Forensic Community Services, Alcohol and Drug Program Services and donations.
