Board of Directors 2011/2012

Paul Leslie - Chair

Paul is a Pastor at First Baptist Church in Nanaimo and has many years of experience in Christian ministry and the Human Service field. Paul was the Executive Director for ICCS for several years and instrumental in the creation of the Crescent House Model.

Bill Williams - Vice Chair

Bill is a local business owner who has been a Director with ICCS for over 10 years. Bill has extensive experience in worker training and skill development.

Brett Hayward - Secretary

Brett is a Veterinarian in Nanaimo and  served as the Chair of the Nanaimo Working Group on Homelessness for several years.

Bill Crofton - Treasurer

Bill is a chartered accountant and serves as an elder of Christ Community Church in Nanaimo and as delegate to the Council of Christian Reformed Churches in Canada. Bill is the chair of a business management group, as well as serving on various finance committees. He has been involved as a humanitarian volunteer in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

Kevin Barg -Director

Kevin works in the engineering department of the City of Nanaimo as a Geographic Information Systems Technician, and has worked in the field for 8 years. Kevin brings a knowledge of governmental procedure and quality assurance to the Board, as well as an overview of local geography and land use. He has volunteered in a variety of settings including serving as an elder in his church and providing practical aid and service.”
